Default I Love My Best Buy

Went to my BB here in Denver to pricematch walmart on "First Blood" and low and behold I spotted a lone copy of "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" Needless to say I snatched it quick!!! I love it when they let the "new guy" put out the new movies!!!

They are more likely to slip on catalog releases. Good find.

I can't believe you bought BC&TSK. Have you read the reviews on the video quality? It's craptastic.
But hey, it's your $35, not mine.

More like sucks to be you. Crappy PQ review, ridiculously inflated price tag...decent movie at best.

Great buy! lol.

I hope you haven't opened it yet. This is one instance where I'd opt for the $10 dvd, since the quality sounds almost equal.

I didn't really care for this flick, prefer the Eastwood style westerns, Professionals, Wild Bunch...but to each their own.

I stopped going to worst buy after a while due to their high prices

I really like my Best Buy too. I used $75 in rewards certs on BR movies that the cashier had trouble entering for some reason. She previously had to call over a supervisor to price match some BR movies and I think she was flustered and didn't want to call a manager again. She ended up entering the RZ Certs as vendor coupons. A few days later I see that the certs are still in my account, being the curious person I am, I go back and use the certs on some more BR's

I think more and more big chains are looking the other way now.

Studios may be finding it harder to clamp down on it when the bulk of their home video sales are coming from these corporate giants.

Is is right....maybe not....but then again, isn't the money going to the same place...only...earlier???

Who is really being HURT here?? I don't think anybody, but if I'm wrong, I'd love to here about it.

later all,

$35 for Butch Cassidy sounds like a big waste of money

I use to say that never happens to me but not too long ago I got a couple at BB early as well. So, now I can relate.

Anyway, congrats on getting it early. I'm still trying to decide on Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid so be sure to report on how you like it, etc.

Great movie.... feel bad that it got a bad transfer..... I'll pick it up on half.com when people who didn't research, start to flood the market with it
