Highly doubt it. Didn't watch episode 3 yet.

Well, it's only 10 episodes, so there's a good chance they'll stick with it until it finishes. At the very worst, they'll pull it from the schedule, and sometime down the road, burn off the rest of the episodes on Saturdays.

If NBC was willing to do that with Do No Harm, there's no way in hell that Dracula will disappear without all of the episodes airing eventually.

I think they meant for season 2. But, yeah, there is no way all the episodes will not air.

Yeah I did, read that NBC was considering S2 if the ratings were decent enough. But with them taking another dip after last friday, it''s not looking good.

Too bad, the team up of Vlad and Van Helsing intrigues me.

And the show is a visual feast for the eyes.

Always game for a period drama or thriller, still pissed about Copper being cancelled.

Wasn't bad. The production design looks quite pretty at least. Didn't care much for Dracula's scheme of introducing alternative sources of energy to 18th century London to reduce dependence on oil. Seems too modern. And of course all the oil barons happen to be the ones he seeks revenge on.
i think people are putting too much on the eco message when it really isn't there, it's more about his nature as a vampire and trying to fully understand and conquer his main weakness the sun

Dracula preorder up at amazon UK for a not too bad preorder price of Ģ21.24 and I'm sure it will come down knowing UK's superior pricing when it comes to season box sets....

[Show spoiler]
Love the box mock-up with the "'Insert local quote' - Publication".

Given the excellent production design on the show (not surprising, since the showrunner is Daniel Knauf, the person behind HBO's Carnivāle), I figured that it would be a natural for Blu-ray, but wasn't sure if it'd get a BD release here in the States. Nice to see that it'll at least get one in the UK.

yeah count me in as one of the few that still watches this reimagining

I can understand the criticism for something like LOTR or Hobbit to be more faithful to the source material since there hasn't been that many adaptations

But Dracula? cmon why would you want the exact same thing when it's been done so many times already

Since the preorder has been taken down I am worried that it will either be postponed very long or cancelled completely, more likely the latter I fear. I am just glad that the UK for sure has a release coming, this may be the only way to get it.... just like Caprica is only available in France.
