No, SPE own the rights to all characters used in the Spiderman movies and others that have yet to be disclosed to the public.

When Columbia 'traded' the Spiderman licence with MGM way back when they went and bought the rights to loads of other characters and villans including my personal favourite Felicia Hardy, others include Carnage and The Lizard.
