It looks like it might be the 2012 adaptation from director Mike Newell. It makes more sense for it to be Cuarón's since his work will get more attention now due to Gravity, but if you look at the cast linked on Amazon it refers to the 2012 version, and if you search the UPC, it brings up a DVDempire page linking to the 2012 version.
