Okay, so 6 are Fox. 4 have been announced?

And (of what we can only assume is a new MGM deal) we've got Motel Hell and apprently LOI. Gotcha.

I feel like I'm losing my mind today lol.

For MGM, I am guessing (other than the two we know):
Without Warning
Pumpkinhead
Howling II
6 random Vincent Price flicks
Poltergeist III
Invaders from Mars
Monkey Shines
Leviathan
Blacula double feature
Count Yorga double feature

Doubtful, but if so, it'll be pretty barebones. They won't get many people involved to talk about it, least of all Gary Sherman.

Nancy Allen? Tom Skerrit? Lara Flynn Boyle? I hate the movie, but it may be an okay release.

Many of them refused to even do promotion for it. They could snag Kip Wentz for an interview with no problem, but only if they want to piss off Sherman with more talk of the original ending. The circumstances surrounding that flick essentially prevent it from having any worthwhile extras, but I'll happily eat my words if Scream can achieve the impossible.

And we do not want Lara Flynn Boyle giving a new interview in HD, anyway.

I bolded my biggest wants
I read somewhere , probably Facebook , about them having Return of Count Yorga but I really don't know how valid that is. But at the same time I also read that they have neither Count Yorga film. As far as Im concerned nothing is really *official* until Scream or Shout Factory announce it on their page. Its too bad about LOI leaking....and hope that they will announce it probably earlier than they wanted to

Unless I've missed his posts, I'm surprised Frightener22 hasn't chimed in about this. I know he was privy to a few releases, after his interview with Cliff a while back. I wonder if he's lurking to avoid giving anything away?

I'd be very happy with Dolls, Leviathan, or Monkey Shines. Never seen Without Warning or IfM, but I'd be excited for them based on reputation

Poltergeist III is one of those movies that I try to pretend was never made

Price, Yorga, Blacula, Howling II and Without Warning would make my year!

Scream Factory

**SURPRISE TITLE ANNOUNCEMENT!**

1995's LORD OF ILLUSIONS will be coming to Blu-ray for the first time later this Fall as a Collector's Edition. The cat was let out of the bag from it's Director himself -- the legendary Clive Barker - today on his Facebook page.

We have no other details to report ay this time but we know a lot of you are excited about the news. More info will become more clearer in the Summer when we begin to work on the title.

Called it. I have to see this though, as Barker's style will no doubt make it worth my while.

I'm probably posting this in the wrong forum, but I've heard that the oft-requested THE HOUSE THAT SCREAMED is being dropped from the upcoming Timeless Movies 4 You horror set. That's a shame, as that's a title of major cult interest. I hope that Shout can release it in another form at some point.

Is it region free? I don't see anything for it in our database here.

Edit - nevermind. I see it's B on Arrow's website. Shucks.

Howling II needs to be on my shelf ASAP.

They all are (except 2, 4, and 7). The completist in me is dying a little every time I think about not having it. Especially because it's so awfully good.

If I'm remembering correctly, weren't all four "retro-films" supposed to be pre-90's? If so, Lord of Illusions (1995) probably isn't one of the two remaining films they were planning to announce for August.

Odd. Maybe they couldn't get the uncut version of The House That Screamed and decided to just drop it (considering the cut version has been out numerous times on PD dvds and it'll probably not look too hot anyway). But idk.

Huh. It's being replaced with Vampire Lovers. Begs the question: Why not just release it in a combo pack?

Do you have a Pioneer or Panasonic BD player? If so, it'll play, as will the other Arrow titles listed two pages back.
