Excited for this. The current disc has some amazing extras already, so they might just add one new featurette or something being Warner. I doubt we'll see any remaster of the film.

You should still have time to return the disc you got and hook up everyone including yourself. Depends on where ya bought it and if you opened it I would guess.
Most WB anniversary editions have been lacking of late. I wouldn't be surprised to see a new cover, digital copy and that's it. I held off on the current disc so I'm down for whatever, just not expecting much more than what exists.

Yep. I was right. Same shitty logo. I don't understand whats wrong with the original Bat logo for the film. *sigh*

This is literally the perfect time to release Mask of the Phantasm in a remastered Blu. Heck, get the SubZero director involved who has a 16:9 version with 5.1 that WB appeared to have forgotten about when it came time to do the DVD.
