I bought the Digibook last November. Given WB's track record (looking at you Nolan trilogy) I'm only expecting a few new extras here.

I like to see new interviews or Q/A special with the likes of Tim Burton and Michael Keaton.

If they release this as a ultimate edition release with extra and completely unnecessary junk I will get it.

I would get this only if it has a new transfer, substantially improved from the previous one (still waiting for my bluray to come), and again, maybe not.

I. WANT. THIS. IN. MY. BED.

We (well, you American folk) already received a re-packaging for the 20th Anniversary release, so surely this upcoming disc will have new extras? Only time will tell, but I'd love an extensive 25th anniversary retrospective about the legacy of the film.

I intended to get the Batman Anthology Blu-Ray Set but last summer at Wal-Mart I was able to get the four movies individually for $8.00 each. I ended paying $32.00 plus tax which was more than half the price of buying the Anthology Set.

When Warner Bros re-releases Blu-Ray titles they usually repackage the existing disc. I that the Batman: 25th Anniversary Edition will simply be the exact same disc that was originally released in 2009.

Why didn't you get the 4-Film Favourites instead?
It's only $19.99

I love my 20th Anniversary digibook, which is already packed, but I'm sure I'll end up getting this. As it is, I still want to get the SteelBook.

I think I might have used up my Rocky karma when I bought the Undisputed collection and then the Heavyweight Collection was announced.

They need to get on the ball and give us the Mask of the Phantasm. It's the only theatrical Batman film that hasn't been released on Blu.

Technically the Batman serials were shown theatrically too

(But I do get what you're saying and I agree)

The 4-Film Favourites isn't available to buy here in Canada and I also read complaints about the discs being scratched since they are stacked on top of each other.

I'm happy with my individual versions. I have no complaints at all.

Can't imagine there will be anything of substance that is newly produced for this that will make me want to abandon my digibook release. Only thing I could imagine that would be interesting is a new retrospective that includes all the major players like Burton, Keaton, Nicholson, Basinger, Billy Dee Williams and some others like Sean Young, Danny Elfman, Peter Guber, Jon Peters, Sam Hamm, maybe even include Christopher and Jonathan Nolan on how it may have influenced them.

My memory of who all is on the extensive documentaries produced when the existing Blu-Rays were initially produced as 2-disc DVDs is hazy, but Nicholson was definitely a new interview and Keaton was definitely a vintage one. I think most of the major players sat down for new interviews. I'd only need to see an interview with Keaton, as most of them probably haven't changed their view on the film much in five or so years.
