Nice! Can't wait for this one. They removed the Captain America's sheild from Iron Man though, didn't they?

I totally agree with having the Cap movie set in the WW2 era, they could really do a good job with Cap origin and eventually it can end with him getting frozen.

Yeah, great idea. I hope so. The next time they unfreeze him then would be in the Avengers movie.

Its from 1990 and its not that bad, the only gripe I had was with the Red Skull being Italian & having surgery.............other than that, its an ok movie.

Agree, and it's funny that most kids these days love the movies but DON'T collect the comics. Just a different age. The comic book hobby, much like baseball cards, just got f-ed by greedy folks who made it too expensive and specialized.

A little fun fact: Joss Whedon was all set to write/direct Wonder Woman until the studio told him that they wanted it set to modern day. Since Whedon wanted to do WWII Wonder Woman (and im sure he had plenty of ideas all ready to go), he bowed out.

But then how would Wonder Woman be in the present day?

Always thought it was funny how in the comics, he was probably frozen for less than 20 years, but in the movies, it had to be over 60 years. Which makes me wonder how much less plausible is it that he can survive 60 years frozen vs. 20, or is that a completely stupid question?

A longer version of that Times Square scene has Fury explaining that the extreme cold combined with Dr. Erskine's serum in Steve's blood caused him to enter a type of suspended animation. The flashbacks of Steve's past in The Avengers has a small clip of one scientist exclaiming, "This guy is still alive"...right before Steve knocks the weight bag off its hook.
