Killer app: Game consoles contain hazardous chemicals

Everything electronic has toxic chemicals inside. Even regular batteries can leak dangerous chemicals. Anything electronic is not supposed to be thrown in the trash because those toxins leak and get into the ground then contaminate our water supplies. Cell phones have these same chemicals inside them along with the batteries they use. You are thinking about the dangers of the radiation or the transmission signals which has yet to be proven. You're more likely to be damaged when the battery explodes or catches on fire rather than the tiny amount of radiation they put out.

But the point is, all these chemicals are on the INSIDE of the gaming consoles so unless you break your PS3 open and start licking the Cell processor, I think you'll be okay.

damn it!!! I guess it's too late for me now. I should have known better. All I wanted to do was to overclock it. True story!!!!
