They'll hold off on the re-release until the sequel.

Probably or a new version when the sequel comes out probably around that time. I just hope the sequel will be just as good as this one was.

No way! Brave is a criminally underrated movie. If anything, blame Lasseter for the Cars sequel with Mater confronting Japanese toilets and Global Warming.

Underrated? The thing got an Oscar.

Not that it was worth it, not by a long shot.

Has there been ANY news regarding the 3D Blu-Ray releases of "The Incredibles" and "Ratatouille"? I know Disney, itself, has pretty much given 3D the cold shoulder, but Marvel still seems on board. Does Pixar have their own say in the matter?

I'm pretty sure that Disney has final say. I'd be very surprised for them to release this title 3D at this point in time.

Ratatouille was locked because it was tied to a regional promotion.

whatever the reason - I'm thoroughly ticked off. (not cool that the India and German bluray's both had Region A/B/C logos on the actual discs but weren't released as such - you couldn't get away with that shit here in the US - the BBB would get involved for false advertising and it'd just get messy)

If the "BBB" you're referring to is the Better Business Bureau, that's hilarious. They're not a government agency, nor do they have any sort of power whatsoever. It's pretty much a useless organization.

Corrected.
Yeah... no. These studios have been releasing titles with incorrect specs on the coverart for at least a decade and a half, with seemingly no repercussions at all. How many times has the DVD of The Abyss been released with the "Enhanced for Widescreen TVs" line on the back, despite the fact that every single release has been the same non-anamorphic version? Yet here we are, fifteen years (and multiple re-releases) later and nothing from the FTC, no class action lawsuit to join, nothing.

Misprints/mistakes happen. Trying to make a federal case out of it (literally ) seems like a bit of an overreaction, but what do I know?
