My entire body is about to cramp up most of the time now, especially my legs and back.

I also just recently went from working night shift to day shift which is what I wanted, but it's taking me a while to get used to getting up at 5:30am instead of 12:30pm.

I'm going to stick with it for a while until I find something better, which hopefully won't be too long.
I'm sorry to read you are not happy Joe. It doesn't sound that bad with making 130 more a week and not having to spend as much gas money to get to work. Yes I hear you on the 5:30 AM wake up call. But I have been doing it for so long now I don't even need an alarm clock to wake up.

Hi Joe!

Really sorry to hear that you're not liking your new job. And while $130 a week more is a good chunk of money, it's not everything. I hope you find something else soon and with the extra cash as well! Stay strong!

I finally quit my job, again. I'll hopefully be starting at another place this coming week though. It doesn't pay quite as good, but it seems like it will be much more mellow, which is crucial to my general well being.

Just finished listening to the 5.1 LPCM audio of this:

Now it's The Cure: Galore: The Singles 1987-1997

One of my absolute favorites:

For those that may not quite get it, the guy in the suit is the left brain: the logical, mathematical side; the naked man is the right brain: the creative, intellectual side.

That's some incredibly smooth funk bass. I'm not familiar with the name James Jamerson, but I looked him up on wiki.

"He is reported to have played on some 95% of Motown recordings between 1962 and 1968. He performed on 30 number-one hits, more than any person or group in music history, surpassing the record commonly attributed to The Beatles, and on more than 70 number-one R&B hits, also the most ever."

Quite frankly ........... He is the voice of the modern electric bass

All others are just branches from his amazing foundations

It's pretty amazing how many great albums that he played on and quite sad that he didn't get more recognition for it during his lifetime.

Well howdy there partner. Yee-Haw!

I'm not familiar with that album, but I love Hendix. That's the fairly newly released album isn't it? I need to check it out. Is it pretty good? I'm guessing that it is.

That was due to the egomaniacal businessman known as Berry Gordy

Wow! I guess I need to check it out then.

Hendrix is one of the main templates of the best modern guitarists. Reminds me of this quote from Fear and Loathing: "There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die."
