Do you know if these will be straight ports of the HD DVDs for titles that were previously available on that format?

WOW, my goodness. It is going to be an expensive venture importing many of these titles this Fall. And if some of the Studio Canal HD DVD's are any indication, we're in for a treat when it comes to sound/video quality. Damn it is great to see that list.

Actually, the only bit of news I have at this point is that starting this August Studio Canal BRD titles will be priced at 19.99 Euro to match their SDVD releases.

Nice, Total Recall is very nice. Their master is way better than Lionsgates + it was in DTS HD MA. BUt the sound timing was PAL (for X reasons that i don't understand)... (that was on HD DVD btw)

I hope they give us The Elephant Man this year too. The HD DVD was a nice upgrade over the dvd.

iv'e got both there elephant man and mul drive hd dvd release and they both look good.

elephant man had a very powerful ending.

Studio Canal has the distro rights to all Lynch films, correct?

im not sure sorry i know you can import lynch's dune on blu ray from france its region free , but tony from XC who is based in the US has it so you can it from quicker if your interested.
