you should be supporting the best tech out there. That's blu-ray for now, but only with respect to image quality. It's inferior to streaming and even to DVDs with respect to accessibility and convenience.

As soon as iTunes starts cranking out 35mps streams of my favorite movies, I'll likely be saying goodbye to Blu.

Well at least tron3 is spreading the word, and that's what we need, more people realizing the astounding PQ and AQ benefits offered by BD players when of course hooked up to capable receivers and HDTVs.

You can have Itunes with its 720P resolution and inferior AQ, and I'll take 1080P and lossless audio Blu ray any day!
