This is basically what I have been doing ever since Warner p***** me off with the poor PQ of the Goodfellas BD. It was the last straw for me. Low bit-rate, VC-1, HD DED ported rubbish with lossy audio is what we consistently get from them, and I've had enough. And where are the 18 titles that they promised for BD but have still only released on HD DED?

First I decided I would boycott Warner releases entirely, but if enough BD supporters did that, it would only give them the excuse they are looking for to drop their support for Blu-ray entirely. So, I've decided to do to them what they have done to us - throw them the occasional bone. I just recently purchased Scooby Doo on BD, and I have pre-orders in for Blood Diamond and Flags of our Fathers. Those are the first Warner titles I've purchased since I bought the Goodfellas BD when it was released. That's it for me and Warner BDs for a good long while.
