Default Sony 32" XBR6 vs. Sammys

While I was pretty impressed with the Sony KDL-32XBR6, I will be looking at more LCD TVs in the days and weeks ahead.
Now, my own eyes are going to be the final judge of which TVs look best or REALLY good, but I was wondering if you all know of good, comparable TVs to the KDL-32XBR6. Such TVs would be Samsungs (4, 5, or 6 Series models).
I am looking for a 32" to 40" with 1080p as well as 120Hz that you can turn on or off.

Thanks for your help!
Jodi

Neither the XBR6 or Samsung A650 feature 120HZ (under 40 inch). However, the XBR6 is still definately worth getting. I can't speak for the Samsung, but it's probably equally as good from what I hear.

If you are looking for a 32" that's 1080p with the 120hz feature, Sony or Samsung won't have this feature. You would need to look at Panasonic.

Are you sure?

Both the Sony KDL-32XBR6 and KDL-37XBR6 web pages on Sony Style claim they have MotionFlow(tm) 120Hz as a feature.

Edit: I see there's a lot of confusion on this topic, since there's information both ways. But I will agree, that the weight seems to be leaning that they do *not* have it.

Sony's website doesn't say this feature is included. The previous model (XBR-4) does have it, but it doesn't have 1080p. Seems like they added 1080p and took away the 120hz feature.

I was at my local best buy today to pick up NT2, and they have the new xbr 32", and it does have 120hz. I couldn't really tell how well it worked because it is too small to really see it.(kind of odd on a small t.v., ya think?)

If you are going to use the mighty blu, 40" is the smallest you should go. Anything smaller would be a waste. oh , also remember samsung is having a bad roll of the dice lately(1 out of 3 is returned at the store i work at!)4 miserably failed blu-ray players, since inception.
