It's considered by many to be an integral part of the movie. The old "zooming" WB logo was timed to the beginning music cue for Barry Lyndon, for example... and the blu-ray "broke" this. And John Williams specifically composed the opening fanfare for Star Wars in the same key as the Fox fanfare so that it would flow seamlessly.

Does the blu-ray of Batman (1989) have this problem? I remember how it was a dark logo that faded into the opening credits with the Danny Elfman theme playing when the logo appears.

Thanks guys. This year, Going-to-the-Sun Road was closed until July 2nd (a day before my visit) due to late snow so I'm glad I was able to experience the entire road.

I hiked a couple of trails in Glacier and the park was truly spectacular! I even encountered a bear on the trail.

No cell coverage = no blu-ray.com access though.

Here's my framed poster of The Shining in my room. Yeah, those folding lines suck, but an unfolded original 1980 poster of The Shining cost a price that I wouldn't pay..
