1) Employees aren't supposed to divulge details that are still under negotiation. They are violating the contractual relationship between their companies and the movie studios. They are also violating the terms of their employment. They can be fired for doing that.

2) Jumping the gun is a form of FUD.

At the same time if we did not have any of these people, then we would never know if or when a release was coming out.
