If the theatrical cut sells poorly, we can forget about a longer cut.

I don't know what happened on this one. Maybe it needed some one-liners.

Here is a more accurate review IMO... I pretty much agree with it 100%

That's the same rating I gave it.

Not bad, but not very good either.

so I thought I would chime in as well on this movie.

My take is that it truly is a train wreck. While I did enjoy the intro / set up as well as the last 10 minutes everything in between was a jumbled mess of gore followed by unfunny comedy bits. I'm a HUGE gore / horror fan but the movie is just, well...broken. And it drug wayyyyyy too long, even with all the bloodshed. I'm usually forgiving with movies like this but this was truly a chore getting through.

To each their own though. I love stuff like Burial Ground, Pieces, Zombie Holocaust and Silent Night, Deadly Night so take what I say with a grain of salt.

This may be the worst Arnold movie ever.

I thought SABOTAGE was a crime thriller. If I'd known it was a horror movie I would've been first in line. OTOH, Ah-nuld's only other horror credit, End of Days, wasn't exactly a masterpiece so maybe I didn't miss much

well, it isn't a horror movie per say but the gore and violence seem pulled directly out of a Saw movie. Even going in knowing it was going to be a gory movie I must say...it was GORY.

I thought this film was awesome! One of 2014 best. Love it all the way. Violent and brutal tale of corruption and revenge, Sam Peckinpaugh would be proud!!

To be fair Junior didn't try to be something it's not, I watch it the odd time and find some scenes hilarious and others strange. I think Batman and Robin is easily Arnie's worst film to date.

Sabotage... Confusing and poorly-written; Arnie's trashiest movie to date. I almost felt embarrassed for him. Extremely bloody actioner somehow escaped an '18' certificate in the UK.

I don't consider B&R to be "his" movie.

I wouldn't really call it a Schwarzenegger film either but he did get top billing.

I think I'll rent it first. I blind bought two recently - the recent Stage Fright and Blue is the Warmest Colour - and didn't like either...
