Default i got frisked by a chic cop today

my wife daughter and i were in whittier visiting her aunt just released from the hospital. when we were leaving i made a california rolling stop in and was pulled over by the lapd. she asked for my license as i grabbed my wallet she said "hands where i can see them! step out of the vehicle!" i got out. she stood behind me, grabbed my hands held them behind me and walked me to her car which she pushed me against. HOT! she frisked me longer than any other time i've been frisked, questioned me while i'm being a sarcastic ass, basically begging for a ticket. but they let me off. i even goaded her partner who was standing by my wife's window. "hey, you don't talk? just stand there all authoritative and intimidating?". the woman kept asking "any tickets or warrants? anything illegal in your pockets" "uuuuuuuuummmmmmm i don't think so." i answered. they don't find that to funny. at the end after i was molested and interrogated she said "well i can give you a ticket or a warning. which do you want?" my reply, "gee let me think. i'm pretty sure tickets are bad. and warnings are not so bad....hmmmmm......... i really don't have much of a choice in the matter do i? can i phone a friend?" she gives me a warning, her partner tells me to use my signal too. so as i leave i use my hand turn signal as well as my car's and i stop for an obnoxiously long time at the next stop sign with them behind me.

Roland. did you put a hit out on me? all that for a rolling stop.

I got pulled over for alleged drinking and driving about 15 years ago. I asked one of them if he was a rookie. When he replied "yes", I said, "I could tell, because you're not saying anything and you don't look like you know what you're doing."

Next thing I know, I'm rolling fingerprints across a pad. Being a wise-ass isn't the best alternative in some cases. They even wrote up that I was abnoxious and unruly, which screwed me for the judge.

LOL, I was just thinking of those Chilly Peppers lyrics, what a great song that is. "This cop she was all dressed in blue , was she pretty?, Lord I'm telling you"

I learned my lesson a few years ago, got stopped by the cops while I was walking with my (now ex) wife down the street. We had been arguing, and a cop "thought I was going to hit her". He then asked us what was going on, and I mouth off with "No offense, but none of your business". Next thing I know, being carted off to jail! Spent a couple hours in there, and was released on bail, went to court a couple months later and were given papers asking us not to sue them and dropped the charges and expunged the arrest record.

Lesson learned! I use yes sir (ma'am) and am very polite now! It's gotten me out of a few things!

thats exactly what my former guitar player said "it could be the fact that you're an *******. or it could be that you look like edward norton in american history X"

funny thing is i normally don't mouth off til i'm being messed with. then the gloves come off. i get pulled over more times than any other clean person i know. lets put it this way. if this was lock stock and two smoking barrels. i used to be bacon, now i'm soap.

my wife did get a little mad when we were driving home, as i was laughing hysterically at that situation, when she asked if i thought it was funny and i replied "she patted down my junk" i got a lot of the "you think this is funny?!?!?!?!?!?!?" the whole way home.

Just a wild guess.

Updated your other thread.... For the record... when I get pulled over for legitimate speeding, I used the "yes sir, no sir" and I probably get pulled over 5 or 6 times a year, and haven't gotten a ticket in 5 or 6 years, and only 2 in 12 years.

Doesn't work here in Tampa... Last time, I said "Yes sir" and "No sir" and "I'm sorry sir" and "Lesson learned sir" and it didn't do anything. Guy was a real dipsh**. Gave me a $260 ticket for 67 in a 55 (which I really wasn't doing. I speed, but not that much).... I beat in court. 2 weeks later, saw the guy in a convenience store and he looked like crap. A buddy of mine told me the cop got the boot.... Too many folks challenged him in court.

Sweet retribution.
