Always sad to approach the end of a good show... but with this show's formula, honestly, it seems like it is on borrowed time and I say that being a big fan of the show and the actors on it.

A show like this can't be awesome forever... and each season has still produced some great stuff, but a few more clunkers as well.

True but as it stands it is still awesome and hasn't really gone down hill. Could have had a couple a couple more seasons at least.

Wonder if will get a proper/decent ending .

Best to end it on a high note. For me, it was the next best medical show after ER (which is also the greatest show period IMO). Let's hope it goes out with a bang.

Any news on a box set? I'd buy it in a heartbeat, regardless of price. Really hoping for one, or at least have it on Netflix in HD.

Sorry for the necro. I'd only watched a handful of episodes over the years, but started watching the DVDs not too long ago. Up to season 5 now, and wow! I'm definitely kicking myself in the ass for missing this series. Great show.
