Pirates 1 & 2 - Black Bars??

However, on the back of pirates it says - 2.35:1

What I don't understand is, Night At The Museum is ALSO 2.35:1 and it filled the entire screen.

What am I missing?

DISAPPOINTED, that it is in OAR? I HATE when they make it 16x9 ratio, just to fill the screen, when thats NOT how it should be. I also hate how most of the movie companies are detailing their aspect ratios on the back of the cases. They say: 16x9...but then they say the aspect ratio. STOP SAYING 16x9 on the cases! It's Blu-ray, of course it's going to be for 16x9 (1080p) TVs. Just let us know the actual aspect ratio of the displayed image!
