same disc. But there are virtually no extras, so I would imagine that the compression (if any) is minor.

Here's a clip from Horrors House of Hounds that will be included. Not exactly sure why this is being included but it's good for some Halloween fun.

Both films on a 50 GB disc with absolutely no extras. Which is a good thing. Typically, a film (especially a 90 minuteish film) will be on a 25 GB disc. Halloween 4 and 5 are both on 25 GB discs with extras.

So this one 50 GB disc with both films is the same as having their own 25 GB disc. It's perfect. Both films are beautiful on this release.

Wonder if within the new set we might get H4&H5 on 50Gb discs?

tax is different in each province, we have 13% here on ontario but i know others have much less and there was a time some provinces had 0 but not sure if thats still the case with the whole HST thing.

so thats probably why yours was cheaper!

I too was wondering if the new set would be all 50GB discs. Especailly for 6-8, I'm sure that would help a bit more in making them better than the Echo bridge versions, on top of (hopefully) better source material from Miramax.

If you choose super saver shipping, and don't live in Florida or Kentucky (where orders get taxed) the total comes out to $97.91
Not sure if it's the best deal but it beats the $118 walmart price.
Awesome, thanks! I've never ordered from them before. How is their shipping methods? Do I need to be concerned about receiving it damaged?

I have the lithograph version on pre-order but I'm contemplating whether it's worth it or not for the price. Any advise?

I wouldn't count on it. They appear to be the same discs reissued.

That goes for 4,5, and 6 (all likely to be 25 GB discs).

H20 will likely still be 25 GB even though it will be new pressing of a disc for the new special features. But those miniscule special features are nothing in terms of space.

25 GB isn't bad for one film. Especially a 90 minute film.

Bouncy, you wouldn't happen to remember the date you got it for $94.10 would you? I'm sure my pre ordered was before that price drop and want to make sure my price on my order changes accordingly. Currently it has not.

Cheers mate.

I ordered my copy as soon as the price dropped to $94.10 and the date on my order is July 26th.
