Had a lot of fun guys - I suppose it's because I wasn't getting my ass completely handed to me!

That zones swap was fun, I was surprised by the end we almost won! It was so very unbalanced for awhile there I never thought we'd get the score back.

Good job to everyone, I apologize if my banter was expletively unacceptable - I was still partially shmoozed from the previous night and killing 3D avatars repeatedly excites me.

i missed it again, im getting tons of junk mail in my inbox now and not getting anything from this site so i dont know whats going on because i spend most of my forum time on blutech and dont check this one as much.

Ive tried all the new demo's of Battlefield, Quake, etc. Haven't tried MGS or GTA, but I am like most of you and still like Warhawk the best. Maybe I am just not into First Person Shooters. Are there any other games similar to Warhawk?

MGS/GTA aren't FPS, so that's good news.

I don't play any FPS. I tried CoD4, but didn't make it past an hour.

However, I played Ghost Recon 2 and both R6 Vegas games, which are listed as FPS. They don't make me sick and I enjoyed them. I feel the camera / smoothness was done right in these games. CoD4 and many others are "off" a little bit.

I would be up for a game on Wednesday, especially if it's as early as the Saturday game!!!! 2 days notice would be better than one though!!!

I tried Battlefield - and immediately got board playing with/against AI.

I don't usually care for FPS - like many others, after an hour or so, I tend to get a bit quesy.

Warhawk is just a perfect game. Before the dropship and ACU? - it was a very balanced game and just the right amount of "run and gun" with "strategy" for those who like to try and play a few steps ahead of their enemy.

I can't get back to playing AI. Every game you play in Warhawk brings a different skill set and unique scenarios - even to this day I see people using unique strategies and using the weapons in the game in ways that I hadn't thought of.

I would like a Warhawk II that takes place in the future - futuristic weapons and space battles. Too much to hope for?

As for another Blu-Clan only game - everyone up for next Saturday 2pm EST again?

I should be cool for Saturday, I'm away for a couple of months through the summer with no Internet or PS3

so it would be good to get one decent game in.

Yeah, usually I'm the one setting the mines - it is d@mn annoying when it happens to me!

We finally got enough people to "officially" start the game and I had to go. My family was waiting for me to go eat - I told them a few more minutes, and just as we were down to the last couple of minutes, the game officially started and I couldn't stay for a whole other 30 minutes. Sorry I had to leave so quickly.

Tried to join Avarond late last night but the server was full.

Then I tried to join someone from my buddy list (not in the Clan) but he was playing in a "rookie" room, and I can't join those.

It's a toss up - I mainly play ranked Sony servers cause they are more stable and someone doesn't either kick me out cause I keep killing them, (happened twice yesterday) or disconnect their server cause they are losing badly (also happened twice yesterday). The problem is - all your scoring goes to being promoted, now I can't join the lower ranked rooms which some of my buddies go to. Bummer.

I've been joining rooms with only 1 or 2 people in it recently (don't know why - I kind of like playing 1 on 1 once in a while). Had an epic one on one Capture the Flag battle with some guy who was an Ace in the Warhawk, after 30 minutes and some strategy with rocket launchers, mines, and ACU vehicles - I won 2 to nothing. He added me to his friends list. Problem is, he now joins my games - usually ends up on the other team and totally owns the skies. I hate flyers!

Cymbol I signed on last night and you were in some private room that I could not join. I joined one of the few ranked servers that was open that had some people in it. It then looked like all the servers went down. I then looked for you again and did not see you on. I then went back and had to find a server that had people in it since everyone got booted apparently. So I guess the rooms were filling up.

I'll try again Wednesday or late late tonight.

Strange, I was not in a special room of any kind. Hmmmmm.

Is anyone still considering Saturday 2pm EST? Or has everyone moved on to MGS4?

That's probably it. My god. I can't see anything but MGS4 threads at IGN. It's maddening.

My copy is still unopened. I've beat up Kung Fu Panda and R6V2 this week and am now on Heavenly Sword (shooting for completion by late tomorrow night).

I wonder if Warhawk will release a lot of trophies that can be earned. That might bring back players for a bit.

I can do tonight at 2PM EST and Saturday same time... that will be me for the summer as I head back to see family!!

Perhaps some more players will return then once the MGS4 players return!!

What good is having trophies if you can't display them in your "HOME"?

I've never seen how the 360 displays trophies (achievements). Do others see them - cause I'm not sure people need to see how bad I am at games.

"He look everybody, it's been a year and CYMBOL has yet to complete a single game. . . . " Is there a trophy for not finishing games?

What can I say, I get busy. One day I plan to go back and finish Drake's Fortune (which I lent to a friend who just got a PS3) and Ratchet.

When I first got the PS3 (and it had very few games) - I got all the courts on Street Homecourt (Basketball) and got the final character in Virtua Fighter 5 - haven't completed much else.

I don't think we had enough people respond for today/tonight.
