Yeah, we need folders or something. I hate the content bar and lack of organization.

Folders would be helpful.
I'd like access to the store fixed, also.
Seems like half of the time when I click on the store, I just get a blue screen. I constantly have to put my PS4 on standby, restart it, and then I might get the store when I click on it.

I agree, I just want my own background. I don't need any of that extra stuff.

Wake me up when they announce proper media support playback...and CD support, as well.

Do we not have MP3 playback? Just saw the post above mine, how the hell is there not CD support???? I am very close to CEXing my PS3, but maybe I should keep it for a bit...

Nope, hence why he's waiting on an announcement. When I got my PS4 last year I honestly thought all that would be added by Spring

Many of us did. Maybe now that MS has added it, Sony feels more pressure and we'll get it before the end of the year.

I don't understand why they'd left off what's a basic yet popular feature??

They said it was to focus on games and giving players a great gaming machine first as MS was focusing on entertainment more than games at the start of this generation.

Just that Sony still hasn't gotten around to it yet.

which was a stupid and lame excuse bc I don't see how implementing media support takes away from developing the system as a gaming device.

Try telling that to Sony. My gaming experience would have been better if I was able to have custom soundtracks.

Only reason I can think of would be licensing fees. I've used Music Unlimited to listen to music in the background and I just don't like it. Not a fan of custom soundtracks.

Well I think it was because they were hoping people would sign up for Music Unlimited. Which is a good streaming music service. I just refuse to pay for it and since Amazon added there own version for prime customers I don't see a reason for me buy it.

I only use custom soundtracks for sport games, racing and fighting games. Don't like them for other games.

Yeah! You know? Like, a YEAR after releasing the console. Lol

I love my PS3 and PS4, but Sony should stop promising stuff that they can't deliver. Stop writing checks that we can't cash.

I agree, that feature was shown at the reveal event in Feb and we still don't have it. Sony loves to reveal things that are years away from being released.

Didn't they also say that Gaikai would be used to demo games? Like instead of having to download a demo, you could just stream a portion of it to try before buy?
