Kino Lorber Studio Classics

It isn't a KLSC, but it's Kino so I figured I'd ask. Where is the preorder for The Death Kiss? It's coming out in just about a month, and Amazon even took their page where it was "currently unavailable" down. And the Kino website is pretty horrible.

Anyone have any info on it?

The real question is whether it actually is coming out in a month. It was originally scheduled to come out in May, and then it just sorta disappeared. Now it's scheduled for 10/7, and there really isn't any evidence other than the listing here that it's actually being released.

Ah there it is!

Kino did a press release thing for it on their facebook page a couple of weeks back with the October date.

Wow, powerful film. I saw River's Edge when it came out and it still sticks with me. Dennis Hopper is creepy scary/cool in it. Kind of like a more marginalized version of Frank Booth. Director commentary AND English subtitles. What is KLSC coming to?

While I'm here, I just received my copy of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. I am a very, very happy camper. A quick scan through the disc shows it looks wonderful. I'm looking forward to watching it through.

Can I just say that, of your 56 2014 titles, I've bought/will be buying about 50. I'm sad that not all of them are going to be pristine restorations but I'm pragmatic about it and I'd rather have them out there than not, as I fear the days of packaged media are coming to an end.
