What?

Fox have canceled some blu ray versions but they have not stopped releasing blus of shows altogether, nor have they made a statement to such effect. I'm not lying about anything.

Blu Ray if I love the show, like once Upon a Time and Game of Thrones. Shows like Copper, Hell on Wheels ect I just wait till the. Blu go on sale and get them. Sons of Anarchy I was able to get the first 4 seasons on blu very inexpensive. So I collect the new ones on Blu to match.

Trinity Blood I waited to get on Blu because it's a beautiful show. Dark Shadows , Jeremy Brett's Sherlock I love, but honestly DVD or blu is fine.

Shows like Xena and Hercules, Wonder Woman, Bionic Woman and Six Million Dollar man from the 1970s I have dvd. So it just all depends.

Dukes of Hazard I have on DVD and I doubt I'd upgrade.

Dracula and Penny Dreadful I will get on blu because they are shot beautifully same with Sleepy Hollow that I just bought on blu. Plus they are Halloween style shows and I like having Blu Ray to watch those.

But Murder She Wrote I bought the whole series box set on DVD and will not upgrade. My next set will be As Time Goes By on dvd. I am getting Top Gear on DVD for some reason though.

Just pre ordered the Batman series limilted edition blu ray set because I've been waiting forever for that show and it has items in the set I want.

So for me a lot of facts play into each show I get. For the most part I prefer blu because they have better quality and more features usually.

I wish they would give us a choice. I'm not interested at all with the combo packs, but often have to because that's the only option. I know seasons 3, 4 and 5 of Vampire Diaries was combo packs only. I have limited shelf space and the combo packs almost double the size of the cases.

I do not mind how they are packaged. If it includes the DVD and the Digital Copy, that is fine by me.

It's just nice to own them on Blu-ray, regardless, in my opinion.
