[Show spoiler]Katniss and crew rescue Peeta/Annie... thus part 1 ends with Finnick's wedding and then maybe Peeta going after Katniss?

Is that too far along?

It's rebellion music I imagine, so what you would expect to hear from one of BeeTee's broadcasts designed to stir more people to take up the fight against the Capitol.

It looks so gritty compared to Catching Fire. At least the second part had bright and vivid cinematography, but this is is just shades of gray in harsh environments. But it also reflects the upcoming trials for Katniss. Can't wait!

Yep, that's the only thing that's gonna suck about it being broke into two parts. The year long wait. Yes I know i could read the books. But I don't wanna spoil it for myself.

Looks epic. Truly epic. As for the split,

[Show spoiler]they can either do it with a cliffhanger (Peeta throttling Katniss, Katniss getting shot outside the Nut) or something a bit more low key, it depends.

I see they've already got a choice deviation from the book by having Katniss talk to Snow directly from inside D13 (and there's Effie, of course).

I still wonder how they're gonna pitch Katniss in this one. Are they gonna pay lip service to her depression so they can get to the warrior woman aspect earlier or will she spend half of the movie moping about in a hospital gown? Making her into a kickass battle angel sooner rather than later certainly makes sense from a commercial point of view.

I read the books in like a week or less, at the coffee shop, on my iPad right after seeing the first movie. So, it's already spoiled for me. But I'm sure they will change a few things here and there.

I definitely want to read Mockingjay again, though, before Pt. 1 comes out.

I mean I kinda want to read it. But I gotta stay strong and wait until I see the movies. And then read the books after the movies. Mainly yo see what stuff they change or left out. I know they made some changes already. Mainly with Effie.

I think that they might go for one of two endings.

Either try to end on a big cliffhanger (with Peeta apparently succeeding in killing Kat),

OR

the whole assassination attempt now behind them, they are talking about the assault on the Capitol to hype the big set piece of Part 2
