Nightmare on Elm Street 2010 Rental vs Regular release

I was curious if anyone here knows the difference between the Nightmare on Elm Street widespread release was any different than the rental version. I have a copy I purchased back when Block Buster was going out of business the only difference I can find is that it says Rental on the disc at the bottom. Does anyone know if this is the same disc that is in the widespread release? Is it the same video/audio quality? Is it missing extras? Is it an edited cut of the film?
