Actually the Third has a wonderful Reputation and is often considered better then the 2nd. Personally I don't care for the 2nd. But 1 and 3 are great.
I WILL buy these on Blu-Ray on release day.

Part three gets ragged on a little bit harshly. I find it mildly enjoyable myself, especially with the alternate ending that I felt they should have kept in the movie since it dovetailes nicely with the first film and just brings everything full circle, so to speak.

As the Beastie Boys say, I'm'a die harder than my man Bruce Willis. Hope they do a good job transferring 1 onto blu-ray...that's a pretty old movie already.

Actually I liked 3rd Die Hard a lot. Better than the second one.

I like Die Hard 1 and Die Hard:With a Vengence (3), With Live Free or Die Hard being PG13

I don't know if I will see it in the theater.

The first one I had on Laserdisc. Its the best and I really like the second one but number three is so so. Wife always puts that one on, maybe just seen it a time or two to many.

I actually thought it was good. Much better than the 2nd one. I heard that it was originally intended to be the script for Lethal Weapon 4. Works much better as a Die Hard movie.
