Well, I just spoke with a Fox representative just a few moments ago and was told that they have finally received newly remastered disc which will correct all of the problems we've (at least me but assume others have faced similar problems) been experiencing with DTS-HD MA for this movie. According to him, these will be sent out to customers who have notified them that they've experience a problem and have registered their name, address and telephone number with Fox within the next few days (fingers crossed)!
