You won't need any scart-to-HDMI cable, you just connect your cable TV box with Onkyo using ANY cable (component, S-Video, composite; plus an appropriate audio cable) and then connect Onkyo with the receiver using an HDMI cable. Then set up your Onkyo appropriately (there's a function called something like 'HDMI monitor', set it to 'on') - that's it.
