Frozen 3D IS coming to the US. However Disney are holding it back until sales of Frozen stuff drops so they can use it to revive interest and boost sales again. It will be released in a big 'Coronation Edition' to coincide with the coronation of Anna and Elsa in to the Disney Princess line. Since I wanted to own it when it was first released, I bought a 3D copy off e-bay. Which turned out to be bootleg. Needless to say they gave me a refund.

Since I saw the bootleg, there was no rush to purchase the true copy. But, till you just answered my question I had no idea when 3D was coming to the US, I bought the UK version. Which works perfectly. So, they can release a US version whenever they want, I no longer need it.
