Missing the sunshine since returning from the south of France.

If I lived in a warm climate,Blu-ray's would be the last thing on my mind as I would never be in the house.

The thought of making a credit card payment of more than 500 dollars next month, excites me. Being a responsible adult sucks!

$500 is a paltry sum.

Oh, believe me, I'd much rather have it go into my new TV fund but since I have a chance to get ahead a bit on my credit card, I need to take it.

I've been thinking about a lot of deep things, not hippy stuff though. Real serious stuff. Stuff that could affect me later in life.

I think I should go and have a check up. I have had Tinnitus for a couple of years, which I could only hear slightly during the silence of the night (when I first started to hear it, it would come and go, it wasn't non stop), however over the last few weeks it has become much louder. I am now noticing it over sounds during the day. I have also noticed that my vision has gotten worse. I am short sighted, but things have been blurrier than usual lately. I haven't been sleeping well either, around 3-4 hours a night for the last month, and have been smelling cigarette smoke in my home when there isn't any (I have never been a smoker. My fiancee use to smoke, she quit about 18 months ago). The smelling of smoke only happened a few times until this past weekend, where I have been smelling it consistently, it's quite strong at times too. I was doing a bit of reading up on these symptoms (I am not one of these idiots that self diagnoses), they all can be signs of a brain tumour to look out for. So hopefully when I go to the doctor it doesn't turn out to be anything that serious.

@Cevolution I don't want to worry you but phantom smells especially burning wood/cigarette smell is a symptom of brain tumours, get it checked out asap.

Looks like I'll need to cough up 2230 bucks for a new furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger. Last winter did the old girl in, I guess.

Don't people ever wear rubbers anymore? I was just looking at my Facebook, and my one friend was like "Look like I'm going to be a dad again" He has like 2 or 3 kids already. It's like they have enough money for Weed or Cigarettes seeing how they have a job. But not enough for a pack of rubbers? Come on!

No they don't. Because the current generation of ding dongs came up with the belief that STD's are made up. They are crazy.

OT: I got one of those offers from a car dealership in the mail the other day. It said come in and as our reward to you, get a free $25 American Express gift card, no purchase necessary. So I went in to the Acura dealership listed on the envelope and as soon as they found out I was not buying a car from them (I have a 2012 Honda) they said they were out of the gift cards. Yeah sure! This smells of bait and switch, or the sales guy had no clue what he was talking about. I am going to go in one more time and see if they give me the run around. I even asked if there was a test drive involved and they said no, usually there is in order to get a gift card. What do you think, should I go the the Attorney General over this?

Sometimes I think I would be richer if I never signed up for this site. Before June 2014 only had 75 blurays almost 6 months here and my total has grown to 260. LOL

Well, I'm pretty sure my father had a pair of these "rubbers" back in the '70s:

Haven't seen anyone wearing them lately. They kind of went the way of polyester.

I remember the ones that covered the front ends (from the '80s) but I can't remember what they were called?
