Default Unpacking discs

I'm a bit anal, I try to keep my packaging as close to original issue as possible.
That means keeping the shrink-wrap on the outer box when possible in order to keep all original stickers where they originally were. It also protects the box from shelf-wear.

I notice these videos show everyone tearing the shrink-wrap & stickers off carelessly. I am already plotting how to open the box and keep the shrink-wrap & stickers.

That Batman theme button is a nice bonus perk!

I must say, the packaging overall does look mighty impressive, and possibly worth the $175. I just wish it was more around the range of $125-$150.

from the remastered video i have seen on youtube it looks as if they darkened up the image some and used a tiny amount of dnr. but that's my eyes. i think they have used some dnr though as the eye balls of the actors look extremely sharp but some of the costumes do not. my guess is they used alittle dnr to cover up the costume cheapness. i am thinking about getting it by the season on dvd as i really can not afford the $175 bluray set but wouldn't mind having it. i wonder how good the dvds will look??...

You have a box for boxes to be boxed?

Cool Batmobile

I wonder how this Hot Wheels Batmobile differs from the one they issued to conventions in 2007. Could it be a re-issue?

In this day & age with 4-K TVs coming down in price, I would suggest you get the Blu-ray.

I have seen Blu-rays played on 4-K TVs simultaneously with 1080I HD-TVs and the improvement on the 4-K TV is great! Blu-ray does a nice up-conversion to 4-K. DVD does not.

Sure, maybe there will be a 4-K disc release some day, maybe not.

I had no idea about the button on the side. Kinda reminds of the Six Million Dollar Man box, 'cept way cooler.

I'm not sure how VHS looks on 4-K, but I can tell you that if you dub a VHS tape to DVD and play the DVD on a Blu-ray player on a 1080i HD-TV, the DVD dub actually looks better than the original VHS tape! It still looks like crap, but better than the original VHS.

Much better unboxing video than the earlier one. I wish he'd had the common sense to turn his phone sideways though. With the package being wider than it is tall, 16x9 affords a much better view than 6x19.
