Ok, too bad you don`t have a region-free Blu-ray player like i do. My Oppo BDP-83 that i bought modded is region-free, it works like a charm.

Me too have been wondering of the packaging.

Seems like single case with swing trays inside, but how can 5 discs fit in one case?: http://www.highdefdiscnews.com/?p=51316.

I like single cases and dislike digipacks, especially very thick ones.

It's $20 more at BB than Amazon. Don't waste your RZ certificate.

Suggest you all try out dvdempire. They will ship it tomorrow, you'd likely get it Mon/Tue, depending on where you live, even with their free shipping. And with their 10% off coupon it's a lot cheaper than amazon. (Coupon is 1548537.) Have used them for many years.

[Wasn't really planning on gettting this, but I may talk myself into it yet... although I do have other things in mind for that (single use) coupon, so probably not.]

My local Best Buys stores aren't going to be stocking the set at all from what I can tell from trying to check store stock. So if your area stores are that is cool. I even tried my local Barnes & Noble but they always sticker their cases badly and if they do get the slipcover it could be ruined.

I decided to take my chances doing the amazon.com delivery on the release date shipping. I just hope the slipcover is in good shape.

No. It died for me in the late 80s, then it just petered off due to the original owners having some kind of argument about the direction. Then I think it closed in the late 90s.
It went from being a cinema that showed about 30 different films a week to 1 a week.

Somewhere in a box I still have the original monthly timetables with circles around the films I wanted to see. Like horror double's such as 'Funhouse' & 'Mother's Day'.

I won an Incredible Melting Man poster in a drawing competition I did as a 13yr old.

Last time I looked it was a dance studio.

Your call. It's $58 shipped at DVDEmpire. I'd personally just order from them and save the BB gc for something where BB is actually the best price. There will be *plenty* of times in the next 2-3 months when BB is the cheapest.

Seems like you're wasting a lot of your discount by doing it your way.

Shame. I remember going there almost every weekend, no matter what was on - we lived just down the road. I think I saw the entire run of Marx Bros films at least 3 times.

If you ever find yourself at a loose end with enough time on your hands to scan a few of the timetables, I'd love to see them again - for the nostalgia value

Default Amazon order here...

Mine will arrive on Tuesday, the release day. I can't wait. The reviews are very positive, which only makes the wait even more unbearable. Too bad for Best Buy. I usually go to one of my local stores to pick up new releases, but at times Best Buy dissapoints. Their site claims that the title will not be available in stores. Other upcoming titles at least say "coming soon" or give the release date as the store pickup date. As far as I'm concerned, they blew it big time on such a timeless, classic show. I have the old DVD set, the one before the DVD remaster, so this is going to be a real treat! Many thanks to Image for working on these and putting them out!
