twilight zone Blu-ray disc - Blu-ray Forum

I bought the twilight zone blu-ray and when I looked at the disc it had 4 blackish dots on the disc. I returned it and got a new one but it had the same 4 blackish dots on the disc. I am wondering if anyone else's copy has these dots or do I just have really bad luck.

Dude, those black dots can only mean one thing........I hate to say it, but I believe you have entered......the Twilight Zone.

I just looked at mine and I see the same thing. Hold it up to the light and you'll notice it part of the design on the top of the disc, it's some of the stars.

You returned the first one for no reason. Its part of the disc art. The dots are stars.

Yeah after I returned the first one I noticed where the black dots are that on the opposite side of the disc were stars(the side that says twilgiht zone on it). Just was making sure, since I thought that the black dots would affect playback or something but I guess its supposed to be there.

I also don't see why if its part of the top of the disc art why it has to go through to the bottom of the disc, where all the meadia is held. Could it not affect how the disc is read and possibly cause problems?

You are being paranoid. Its just little bits where their is no ink on the disc.
