That's what i thought when I saw the thread bumped.

But with what Harvey or Bob Weinstein said about violence in Cinema, I don't know how likely we're to get a Scream 5 anytime soon.

The world is turning too family friendly.

I want my Scream 5.

These bumps also get me creaming as i think it's new news but it turns out it never is.

They said that in what happen over in Colorado.

People just seem to be covering their A**ses on all ends that's all. But I'd like to see Scream 5 though too.

Like I said, it might take some years, but it'll eventually get made if there's money to be made.

Considering Scream 4 flopped, I seriously doubt this will ever get made.

The Weinstein brothers have been saying, even after the fourth came out, that they would make another and that they were happy with the results. I have a feeling we'll see it eventually.

"Underperformed." But so did all the big sequels that came out 10 years or so later from their previous successful sequel. Men In Black 3, American Reunion, etc.

Scream 4 had a $40M budget and made $97M worldwide. Not really a flop like Battleship. They should cut the budget for Scream 5 to $25-$30M and have Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard make it. Give the main trio cameos and have it focus on a new group of teens.

It was a flop. It couldn't even manage half of the grosses of Scream 3, the lowest of the first three, despite 11 years of inflation. Yeah, it wasn't a very costly movie, but it didn't prove that anyone really wanted to see another Scream movie either, let alone two more. I liked the movie a lot, but it won't happen.

John Carter was a flop, Scream 4 was not.

Also I wanna have a reason to look at pretty girls.

And this time please kill of the main cast, even Randy said it in Scream 3 that the main could die, SO DO IT.

I didn't see how they were pull off a Scream 4, but I enjoyed it alot more then the 3rd movie. So I wouldn't mind if they did a 5th & 6th.

Yes!! Hot CW actresses in pretty houses with perfect hair getting killed in pairs.

Although for 5 I think they should have two HOT male teen leads as the opening kills. Taylor Lautner and Alex Pettyfer

I actually enjoyed the third. I used to put it on when i'd go to sleep.
(Have to have something playing when i sleep. Now it's Cougar Town).

All the Scream movies have been well made.

I thought part 3 was the weakest... bring on another one if they do it in the same style.
