Ah, so I guessed correctly that both parts were shooting simultaneously, not one after another.

Yeah I knew they were filming them in order, but when Hoffman died reports were saying they were almost done with filming and had a week left. I guess that wording was confusing because it made it sound like filming entirely was almost done. Maybe they were almost done with his parts seeing how Part 1 isn't even finished filming.

I have no interest in this series, movies or books. It's just a ripoff of previous works. There is no creativity here.

You're really missing out, man. They are some fine films.

But isn't everything kinda a derivative than something else?

And although not a major fan of the books, I like the movies (well the second one moreso).

Think of the "creative" part as how they portray the world on screen.

The Capitol and Area in Catching Fire is so freaking cool.

I dogged these movies heavily when they first came out but after watching the movies back to back I think they are very well done and cant wait for the last two.

Interesting teaser I suppose if you wanna call it that.

Can't wait until they release some actual footage. Part 1 comes out in 5 months.

Say what you will about the quality of the films, but damn does the series have a great marketing campaign.

That video's brilliant. I KNEW that Peeta would look at the camera right when Snow delivers the final line of the Panem motto, it wouldn't surprise me if that's one of the Capitol's promos from the actual film as they step up the propaganda war between them and 13.

But where's ma proper trailer??? I've just finished reading Mockingjay for the umpteenth time so I'm jonesing for some proper trailer goodness!!

Lionsgate is a bit slow this time around. Great campaign so far, but some footage of actual film would be better. Feel like it's building up to that and this was just the tease to get audiences interested again.

Nothing is truly original. Everything is retooled from something else, but there's nothing new under the sun.

BTW, i LOVED the trailer!!!

The trailer will be on about half of the prints of Transformers.

I'm looking forward to this one. Although the first movie is pretty so-so, Catching Fire totally took me by surprise. Really well done film.

Because they had more money to work with. They didn't know what they had. I am the opposite. I really like the first movie better than the second. It felt more real to me. That might sound weird.

That's fair. Catching Fire was definitely more... theatrical? I dunno.

I just thought it was a massive improvement upon the first movie.
