Well I orders based on how quick it arrived for Atexp so it should arrive now since it was posted Tuesday morning. My fault for not sorting it out earlier I don't understand why the shops have to sell $20 cables for $150!!

Just placed the following order with Amazon UK, my largest so far:

- The Fountain
- The Proposition
- An American Werewolf In London
- 28 Days Later / 28 Weeks Later Double Pack
- Cloverfield
- Watchmen - Directors Cut
- Pandorum
- Taken
- 3.10 To Yuma
- The Thing / The Thing (2011) Double Pack

For a bit of disclosure, An American Werewolf in London is on of my favourite movies, I first saw it when I was around 6yo, peeking around the hallway door when I was meant to be in bed (the transformation scene), and its left me as a 31yo man with an irrational fear of werewolves.

I'm also looking forward to 3.10 To Yuma & Pandorum, these are the first movies I noticed Ben Foster in and I've become a big fan of his work.

Deliveries today: Jaws, Titanic, Western and Seagal Collections from Amazon UK.

Built my light box and quickly demoed it. Not fully finalised but so far it's awesome. Huge difference for photography. Took a photo of one of my arrivals as a test:

With a little more light in there things will come up really nicely.

Thats amazing mate, good job. Really gives the photo detail and even light. Cant wait to see it fully ready and 100%

Decided to put my ps3 on the floor (i know its not optimal but i need my fix) and will kick off/finish the night with Office Space/I Love you Man and Risky Business. Tomorrow i plan to re-watch Jaws, some Indy, and a ton of others i havnt gone down on yet. Sunday will be Titanic doco's and the film. Deciding whether to watch it in 3D or not, came out good in the cinema...not so sure now though.

Cheers. Super impressed for a cheapo job and 15 mins build time. The pic only needed some slight adjustment of levels too. Nice all-round even image. Can't wait to give it a full work out.

Absolutely. Considering some are paying $80-100 for it $50 seems almost reasonable.

Watching I Love You Man, notice some glitches and artifacting quite a bit. Thinking its the cheap hdmi I got with the mount so when i get my new ones, ill test it out again. Hoping they come tomorrow. Anyone in Perth, do AUSPOST deliver on Saturdays?

I liked it, however it reminded me of Inception and also shared some plot holes. Definitely a cool movie but wasn't that wowed by it. I'm shocked about it's rating on imdb and the hype it is getting. I would rate it a 7.6 not an 8.6 Joseph Gordon-Levitt looks so weird in it. It's like he has had a jaw reconstruction and is wearing the weirdest contact lenses and a fake nose. I can assume this is to look more like his older self in BW however this makeup was far too extreme. I am a massive Joseph Gordon-Levitt fan and this really took me out of the movie from the get go as he looks like Rob Moran on steroids. I was happy to see Jeff Daniels. The last time I saw these 2 together was in The Lookout which is also a cool movie I almost didn't recognise Emily Blunt either.

any one ever seen Outlander & Pathfainder ? any good ?
Outlander is so hated on. I thought it was awesome, I have watched it more than once and still like it. I bought it the same day as Legion, which is another movie I love and have watched multiple times, that is equally as hated.

Crispin Glover was great in it, but too bad he isn't in the other ones. I'll need to pick up 2 and 3 too so I could see them.
I still love his role as Thin Man in Charlies Angels. Awesome Villain.

Lean delivery week this week - only the SteelBook stands so far. Maybe Friday will bring some luck otherwise next week will be a big one (Indy, Jaws, Titanic, Avengers and maybe even Bond).

Watching: Donnie Darko. Been a little while so it's time for my (probably) millionth viewing. Love the film...

My copies of The American President and Dave also shipped. Awesome.
Please tell me you watched the theatrical cut. I seriously HATE the directors cut with a passion. It gives it all away, I think it was made for people struggling to have a mind of their own The whole point of that movie is to watch it more than once and take a different angle. You obviously use the primary roots of the movie but create your own little mental spin on it over and over again. I love movies like that. If you like Donnie Darko you might also like Brick Which is a fantastic movie and I would suggest everybody to watch it. Also this movie Kaboom which stars Thomas Dekker who played John Connor from The Sarah Connor Chronicles Which is only available on Bluray HERE and also from France, however it is more expensive there. (Germany is a great release by the way I have it )

It loosely follows a similar direction to DD but with a lot more sexual overtones. The movie is nothing like or has anything to do with DD but it just gives you a familiar experience, plot has great substance yet far less than DD and a little bit more direct to follow. Don't believe the critics, My girlfriend loves it too PICK THIS MOVIE UP! If you are unhappy I will refund you the cost to your bank account. No lies! The filming is excellent and sometimes yet not often, blurry and shaky camera scenes only adds to the movie rather than flawing it. I can't praise this movie enough considering the flack it has got. (Homophobics Beware this movie might hurt your feelings but no more than True Blood or Spartacus has already)
