At this point, most major retailers I'm aware of that cancel discounted items from your orders result in your favor. This includes Target. If they cancel an item included in B2G1, or cancel an item that puts you below the original free shipping threshold, they don't later charge you for these resulting price differences.

Yes, they expire in 1 year. In my Circle dashboard, this is in very fine print underneath my stats:

Expires June 26, 2023 if Target Circle™ Earnings are not earned or redeemed. Target Circle Program rules

I'm someone who is willing to wait months for orders if it means I'm getting the best deal possible. I've never contacted Target about any outstanding orders. I've only used their automated online return process.

Maybe some orders have a shipping delay?

2/3 blu-rays that I ordered are shown as scheduled to ship on 07/08 () and the pre-order is 07/13-07/18.

I had one more order for my target circle bonus but part of the order hasn’t shipped yet. Will the Oder count towards the target circle bonus that is now expired since I placed the order before it expired. The order was placed June 18 but they still haven’t shipped the order. Don't know what's going on with Target. Still waiting for my copies of After Yang and the Bad Guys BDs to ship. Said the estimated arrival was yesterday.

Yet my copies of Fantastic Beasts 3 and Firestarter shipped and its at my post office for arrival tomorrow.

Unless something has changed, you can only complete the bonus offer if the items ship before the offer expires. Since they only charge you once it ships, it had to be within the time frame of the offer, and now it is closed. That's why it's recommended here that you only order in-stock items and place your order as early as possible, avoiding this delayed stock issue. I know it can be hard to predict that some items will be out of stock, but there are some extra steps you can take next time. And worse case scenario, when you're down to the last date of the offer, you could make a purchase in person to complete the requirements. I made more than the 3 qualifying purchases on the first day of the sale, and went a little over the required amount just in case. 3 of the orders shipped 2 days later, and the next day I received my $20 bonus and immediately spent it on another sale order.

Best bet is contacting them and see if they'll add it for you. Otherwise you're SOL.

In the terms and conditions it says this “The qualifying online purchase must be made from the account receiving this Bonus, on Target.com or the Target App. The order must be placed within the offer period to be eligible. For orders using multiple fulfillment methods, Same Day Delivery by Shipt will count as a separate purchase. Items sold and shipped by Target Plus™ partners qualify as separate purchases”

So the order was definitely placed before promotion ended and it doesn’t say anything about shipping. I guess worst case scenario I’ll return about 100 dollars worth of stuff since i don’t want one order without the deal and a couple of items in the other order arrived damaged but I wasn’t going to bother returning due to the deal.

My The Bad Guys hasn’t shipped either. I am seriously thinking on canceling that part of the order and waiting for Gruv to have it on sale for around $20. Just sucks knowing the my local target has copies in stock and still can’t get these shipped out.

Hopefully this won’t happen Everthing Everywhere All At Once next week.

So have you actually not gotten a bonus because an item hasn't shipped? Because the terms and conditions explicitly state pre orders only qualify if they ship before the deal ends but then for online orders they specify that the order must be only placed before the deal ends. Like they may not have the program properly configured but my order should count if they actually follow the terms and conditions.

No, that hasn't exactly happened to me, but others have mentioned in past sales that it's happened to them. I realize that the fine print makes it sound like you just have to place the order before the end of the offer, but that's not how it has worked out for others in the past. I can say that I've never received my qualifying checkmark until the items in the order have shipped. In this case, that was 2 days after I ordered.
