I agree. I bought this on iTunes last night because my wife wanted to see it and while I was never bored it never really seemed to get going or really grab my attention at any point. Definitely worth a rental but don't blind buy this one.

My copy is in La Vergne, TN right now.

The projected delivery date for it is 3/19. Hopefully I'll get it a day earlier and get it on release day.

Can't wait to get this. One of the best films of the year, IMO.

It was ROBBED at the Oscars!

I don't understand people who sell the UV codes for $4-$5, I mean is it really worth it to go through the processing and PayPal or however you will pay for it. I mean it's something you get for free for buying the disc. I'll be purchasing this on release and if anyone knows me I always give away my UV/digital copy codes for free, so watch for my post on release day it will go to the first person who PMs me.

Those charges add up if you continue to sell them. You basically get money back from something you have no use for. I think it's a pretty smart move.

More money = more movies. Nothing wrong with that.

There is nothing wrong with giving away the codes for free if that is what you want to do, but people will buy them.

It's isn't difficult to understand why someone who buys a lot of BDs would rather recoup around $4 (after fees) per title with a UV copy, instead of nothing. If you give them away every now and then (which is what I do), then fine, but some people make legitimate money just off of something as simple as emailing or pming the buyer a code.

Selling UV/iTunes lowers the price of the movie. So say if you pay $21 after taxes and sell it for $4. You'll only be paying $17 for it. Plus there are plenty of others who throw the DVDS up on eBay and sell them for close to $10.

It's about profit really. I'm not the only one who does it. You sell enough codes you can have enough to buy another movie with it.

Plus what's the difference between someone renting the movie for $4 or buying a UV for the same price? You get to keep the UV unlike renting.

One time I collected all my UVs put them up for sale and made over $100 for all of them total. Not too bad considering I had no use for them at all

Yeah, if you're never going to use them. Might aswell get some money out of them and sell them to those who want them and use em.

Yeah, selling them helps to make a bit of small cash (I'm a freelance cartoonist and business gets really slow, so this helps).
