Yes it is. The MCU is so silly that they're actually parodies. Thor dressed as kratos acting like a 10 year old fangirl because he saw the hulk. It's shameful what Disney has done to marvel characters.

It might open big, but I could see it crashing and burning after that if it's another DCEU stinkfest. I agree that Gadot is not a good actress. She was serviceable in the Fast & Furious series and she's definitely attractive. But this is a huge challenge to carry a 2+ hour flick. Also, the female superhero movie has a horrible track record in terms of both quality and box office success.

That was mostly Iron Man 2, they weren't even funny gags, screw that movie.

I enjoy them for what they are, too. Some people have legitimate reasons for finding certain franchises stale, but they are still the trolls out there...

I like the DCEU (except Suicide Squad), I like the MCU (some are good, some are okay) and I love Star Wars (heck, I don't really mind the prequels since I saw those films before the original), although Rogue One was average.

Hey, I've tried to enjoy the DCEU. They're making it difficult though. We're 3 movies in thus far and none of them are good. Man of Steel is the closest and that's an average flick at best. At least the MCU didn't have a mediocre entry until the double whammy of Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World.

Honestly, I think that scene makes a lot of sense, if it goes the way I imagine it: Thor is sentenced to have a fight to the death with the undefeated champion of the arena and is worried sick about it... once he sees the Hulk he feels relief and joy that he may not have to do it... but Hulk attacks anyway.

If it goes that way, I can totally buy the reaction
