God, Zach's so damned funny. And as much as I KNOW that she is totally aware of what the show's going to be, I think she was one "gorgonzola" question away from just totally going off and beating the hell out of him.

Captain Marvel is the only film of hers I've watched, and I thought she was fantastic in it. I liked her expression throughout and her character. I'm a bit intrigued to watch some of her other films, however I now cannot see her as anything else BUT Captain Marvel, as I do with other respective actors in superhero roles.

Actually, I've watched Right on Track (2003 Disney Channel movie) way back, hah

That is so cute.

Yeah, I love her as Carol Danvers too. I think she's great. As to other roles, she's been in so many good/great roles, it's very difficult to choose something to suggest. I would definitely look at Short Term 12. That's one hell of a movie.

For a different sort of thing, I'd look into the series "United States of Tara" with Toni Collette and Rosemarie DeWitt (among others). That's actually how I discovered Brie. And it's a wonderful series, it really is.

Tanner Hall is a good one to seek out as well. She plays a total drama queen, and it's kind of unnerving what she does to Chris Kattan, her character's teacher.

Captain Marvel has become one of my favorite superhero films, not necessarily for how high it ranks to other films in its genre, but for what this film means to me personally. Man, just seeing her blasting and flying through the warheads and spaceships in the climax makes me feel giddy and joy like a little kid.
