They finally shipped my 3 Criterions after 9 days, but looks like they lazily stuck them all in a small mailer. As a result, one of the digipaks got creases and bending, one Criterion strangely has spine slash across the back. I ordered a second set in case my first order didn’t ship and that took 3 days to ship. Hopefully they come alright this time, but I wish Target would handle orders better especially when I ordered more than 2 items. Last time they shipped 4 of my items in a box.

Hollywood, FL location. Holy crap, fix your theft issues at the movies department. Visited that store today and I easily counted like 15-20 BD/UHD cases that had their shrink wrap packaging broken open completely, still on the shelves, either missing slipcovers, digital copies, discs, or all the above.

I’ve seen stuff like this at Walmarts from time to time, but this was on another level.

Couldn't tell you how many times i seen the Wm i go too have stuff open and thrown into those bins. I actually told a worker and gave them all the open ones to them. Most of the time stealing codes or discs or both

My pre-order of Top Gun: Maverick needs approval because it's been "delayed," but I don't see a button to approve it when I check the order. But the approval needed message is there.

I clicked the link in my email (cell phone), had to sign in, which opened up the Target app, and then it took me to that order, and I could see a button that said “approve delay.”

Tried on desktop and cell, no button to approve. I've never had that problem before. I guess if they cancel it, I'll just order on Amazon and have one less damaged item to deal with -- 9/10 of my Target BD/UHDs come with damage due to their asinine packaging.

What the hell is the point of pre-ordering from them if they can't get stuff here the week of the releases??!?! And if I ordered it today I'd get it much quicker than had I not pre-ordered it, but I was scared it would sell out on me and since it's a present for my husband I have to make sure I get a copy. The Get Back blu was my very first order from them, and this last order is my third, with the 2nd one getting to me about 6 days after I ordered it, which was fine, no where near as good as walmart who usually gets me things in about 2-4 days. With this I'm not so sure I'll be ordering from them again.
