If you return an order that fulfills a Target Circle bonus, you'll lose out on the bonus, right?

I've never gotten one of these bonuses before and a competitor is offering a cheaper price on one of my purchased items.

yes, your total will drop, and the bonus will be gone.

Some Goodwills have contracts with Target to buy their clearance and returned merchandise. I assure you none of it is donated, GW has to buy it all and they bid on the contract to do so. It's not much of a deal either. You don't get to see what you're getting, you bid by how many pallets you want daily/weekly/monthly and you get what they send you

I think the guy in the video is too doom and gloom. The online selection at Target.com is deep and far superior to anything Target B&Ms ever had.

As long as we can continue to get the films and games we enjoy on physical media, I'm good. Sure, are sales fading? Are fewer publishers botheeing to put new/old films and shows out? Yes and yes. But we've still got them for now, and they'll be around for quite some time thanks to the Kinos and the Shouts. And so long as the retailers keep selling them online, we still have them.

Let's just keep supporting them until the party ends.

The gradual phasing out of media sections and physical media in general has been an ongoing concern addressed on these forums for as long as I can remember. It is a significant part of what motivates many people here to engage in the collecting and sharing our appreciation of these films.

With movie/media sections dwindling or disappearing in Brick and Mortar retailers, there is still a silver lining for those of us who still have a preference to shop in store. Discount/Resale shops. For example, Half Price Books media sections have been growing with a wider selection in the last couple of years; it's better organized, mostly better prices, and just a better overall experience IMO.

The few Targets I have nearby all still appear to be stocked and selling at regular prices. I don't think it'll be that way for long though, the clearance prices are probably occurring in cities where sales have been slow for a while and whatever doesn't sell within x number of months, then it'll be shipped back to their warehouse and/or other stores where sales still remain a little more consistent.

You have evidence of this, that the reason things like this happen is because Target employees are too lazy or don't care? Because if you don't, why throw some of the lowest paid workers under the bus?

Nope, but I have evidence that the movies appear to be full price because Youre My Boy Blu! is to lazy to use a price scanner.

More like the few overworked employees in the store have much better things to do than examine shelf tags for accuracy.

Just use your phone or a price scanner if you're unsure how much something is.
