With a BD100 possibly, They are so out of space they couldn't include all languages for EU.

I think they were after the definition from chemistry. The Solidus is the point at which a solid begins to change into a liquid (or, if going the other direction, a liquid becomes completely solid.) It may be the same as the melting point (or liquidus) or there may be a gap in between where an object is in a naturally semi-solid and semi-liquid state.

i think they both come from the same basic meaning then liquid/solid the / is imbetween, its definatly a smart name

It hasn't been confirmed one way or another whether all or some of the audio is lossless. I don't know why people talk about it as if it has been confirmed that it's DD 5.1 only. It's not something people generally talk about much outside of AV enthusiast sites so the topic hasn't come up in recent interviews.

On Euro boxes I think the closest (720p) HD resolution is printed on the box, this doesn't mean it can't upscale to 1080i/p.

I'd expect the picture quality to at least match MGO's, which to me looked excellent, aliasing wasn't a distraction, it was crisp with bloomy light outdoors softening things as I expected. I hope people judge what they see rather than a number resolution they hear about before playing the game.

I have a feeling when i get this game i will get lost in MGO and then get around to the single player.

Single player always comes before online for me. It's good practise (I never did get a good chance to practise CQC moves in the MGO beta) and it's best to experience the story first hand ASAP before someone spoils it.

edit: some Private Military Company (PMC) tv ads and Naomi/Sunny duck timer cutscene with Japanese audio.

yes this is true, and the two other states of matter are gas and plasma so theoretically there could be two more snakes.

My only practice of MGS CQC was actually hearing about it in the DVD promotional disc. So, Raiden is NOT genetically related to Snake, right?

No, Raiden is a clone of Major Ivan Raidenovitch Raikov from MGS3. This has not been stated within the story, but considering they are exactly identical and the Major's name is Raidenovitch its a good assumption.
