I HATE the QTEs in this game. I messed up ONE time and Norman (the fbi guy) gets killed and I don't get the "four heroes" trophy. So I reload and beat that part. Then, once again, ONE slip up and I take a sledge hammer to the forehead and die.

This game is just as annoying as it is beautiful.

The exact same thing happened to me during my first playthrough. Norman died because I failed to press the last button during the QTE. I thought I was not going to get the four heroes trophy because of it but it unlocked, so I got it anyway. Maybe Norman doesn't count as one of the heroes?

That happened to me alot too during the fight with Scott so I lowered the difficulty.

I think its because he (and the others) made it to the final scene you got the trophy.

he should count as one of the heroes. I didn't get it but he was at the warehouse. I wonder if you have to let him die, and let the OK die, and save both of them for 3 different endings.

I have a list of the multiple endings required if you guys want them I could post them.

I keep getting killed because of sixaxis movement. EVERY TIME it says move the controller up or down I do it but half the time it still doesn't register right.

I FINALLY got it. I held my arms out, almost straight, and then when the prompt came up I was ready for it and just jerked up hard. lol. It worked and I got 1 trophy and 3 new endings. (all from not getting my head bashed with the sledge hammer).

The OK dies no matter if you let him die or if you save him. I don't know if there's a difference, but I know you get the "Simple Mind" trophy if you save him.

Well, you can make mistakes that cause things to be different. For example, one of my characters got killed early on and that changed my ending quite a bit from what others were seeing. So now I'm playing it again trying to keep them all alive this time but I don't think I'll try to get all the endings. As for other parts of it, I'm not sure if I'd say I'm a creature of habit and that's why I play it a certain way but I do tend to give the same answers / do things the same way each time. I think in my case, it probably reflects how I'd try to handle it in real life. Maybe if I go through it a 3rd time I'll consciously make an effort to do things differently to see how things turn out.
