Well if they were going to do that they would of done it in Jurassic World but the director said they he would only of used them if they fit in to the story. As I said before I would love to see Grant, Sattler and Malcolm they are still my favourite characters from all of the Jurassic films but only if they fit in to the story.

I always find the above type of character to be ironic in broad, mainstream American blockbusters: the whole "One-track minded CEO of mega corporation gets his comeuppance due to unbridled greed." Yeah, and I suppose film studios are run by Benedictine monks.

That's sounds horrible (I'm assuming that's the affect you were going for), but I'd watch it for a few laughs

I'm a big fan of Bayona. I loved both The Orphanage and The Impossible. I'm super excited for A Monster Calls as well. I can't say I'm excited by this hire though, as he was one of those directors that was doing fine on his own without blockbuster films. So while this is definitely good for JW2, and makes me more excited for it then I would be otherwise, I would much rather him do something else with more freedom rather than be stifled into a franchise.

I'm sure Bayona will do great things with this franchise. All his previous films have been fantastic and the opening sequence in The Impossible with the tsunami is impressively made.
