Little underwhelmed as there's an exact same Rex display in London.

Was hoping for something different.

Geez. A T-Rex....who'da thunk? If it's damaged would Amazon send out a replacement? Hope they have Prime.

So what if they enjoyed it? Just because you didn't doesn't mean you have to go around bashing others.

I agree with him, it had one of the most entertaining last 20 minutes of any movie I can remember.

Get off your high horse, it was the lightest of e-jabs intended to promote discussion.

I really don't get why people loved JW. I remember thinking it was ok, passable entertainment at the time, but not once have I had the urge to rewatch it. Calling it one of the most entertaining movies ever made is the statement of someone rockin the ganj to me.

Granted I was a lot younger when the first movie came out, but JW is nothing compared to the majesty of JP. The music, production values and characters all made the silliness of it virtually invisible. That is masterful filmmaking and Spielberg at his best.

That is because storytelling is second to spectacle most of the time, with a few exceptions.

These dinosaur vocal recreations feel strangely real. Are they of real animals from today -

Jurassic World was the Jurassic Park film I've been waiting for since Jurassic Park. To see a fully functioning park and humans training dinosaurs. I know you didn't like it and that's fine but a lot of us loved it.

Same. I really enjoyed it and overlook the aspects that I don't like about it. It is the sequel to JP that I always wanted to see.

The premise of Jurassic World is something I always wanted to see, but the end result wasn't really. There's a difference.

Jurassic World is the quintessential modern day summer blockbuster that Jurassic Park was back in the day. Sure, JW has its flaws but it's also an exhilarating fast paced thrill ride that had me smiling from beginning to end.

JW is fun and well-done - I watched it three times - but my appreciation for it ends there. Wish I could be as enthusiastic as some.

TLW is the sequel I had been waiting for. I got it in 1997.

No sequel will ever top the original Jurassic Park. That being said, to me Jurassic World was the best sequel since the original (and this is coming from someone who absolutely adores The Lost World).

Outside of internet message boards populated by movie lovers, when people see previews for Fallen Kingdom, and even with Jurassic World, the reaction is "wow, I loved Jurassic Park, I wanna go see that"

That's why the World did 600 million in the US alone, nostalgia towards the first. Fallen Kingdom will be a huge hit because people will be like "wow, I liked World, I gotta see this"

Park and World are the class of the franchise. Lost World was a good sequel and III is a decent time killer.

What if TLW and JPIII were never released and JW was the first sequel?

Would it have been received the same as it is now or differently?
