I can't wait. If these numbers are any indication, then approximately 126% of the audience will love this!

Damnit - the bar is raised quite a bit for this film. Thats great - but we have all been burned when our expectations are too high. I hope thats not the case here.

Cant wait to see it....

This is my most anticipated film this summer. I can't believe it's this Thursday already. I have a group of 8 going.

It was 10, but two people dropped out.

Pine has always been an underrated actor. Out of that club of "Chrises who have franchises but can't open an original movie to save their lives," he's easily my favorite. Also heard a cool story about him from an Uber driver the other night who had him as a fare, said he's super nice and really funny/charming, not a jerk at all. Always nice to hear. (Have heard the same about Gal Gadot as well, from elsewhere.)

I'm intrigued that so many reviewers seem to be enamored with how "good" the character is - lots of comparisons to Reeve's Superman. It seems the trend/demand has been for more layered, complex characters who aren't archetypes of heroism. Personally, I love a do-gooder who knows what she is about and sticks to it in the face of adversity.

That was kind of my thought. You summarized it much better but it boils down to just that: I like when superheroes are superheroic.

With good word of mouth and strong reviews this dc film has a chance of a billion, surely? The Luke warm reception of bvs and mos won't hurt it once the word spreads.

I'm surprised at the praise for Gadot. I'm glad but surprised. I thought she was definitely going to be the weak link in terms of her acting. Fair play to her.

Personally I don't like to think of Wonder Woman as some mere "do-gooder". To me she's about love, beauty, and magic.

I've said this before in a post and I just feel the need to say again, I've never been a Wonder Woman fan until Gal Gadot played her in Batman v Superman. It's this WW I'm infatuated with.

I hope the film delivers what I want.

She was good in BvS, that was enough to placate any doubts I had at the time.

Seeing the positive vibe has me excited to see it. There may be a viewing of Wonder Woman in my near future.
